Jeremy Supak, our other personal trainer is back in episode two and says that he is super excited to share more exciting information with yall! In episode two he will be sharing more about the importance of food and what you should be doing during the eating aspect of your fitness journey. We will be sharing information on calculating macros, what to eat, how to eat and munch more!

We all know that giving up our favorite foods is probably the hardest part during a fitness diet but I promise you this podcast episode will teach you how you can still eat those yummy foods! Fueling your body with the nutrition you need makes ALL the difference. We will give you new ways to cook food, teach you how to meal prep, give you recipe ideas, online personal trainer cook books and more.
