The Art of Not Giving a F***.

Everyone can benefit from not giving a f***. Especially us as young adults could benefit from navigating not caring.

During this episode, Saige and I welcome one of our good friends, Will Spicer, to dive into the topic of navigating not caring.

Spicer, that is what our whole friend group calls him, is the first person that came to our mind when it came to living a care-free life. He is the best to go to when you need straightforward advice, yet you could still cry on his shoulder if you need to.

We have all heard about the book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F***, which both Saige and I own because we could use the help. We all worry too much about what others think about us or are saying about it, but in this episode, we dive into the art of not giving a f*** over the little things.

Not Caring Can Be Hard AF.

While we have only known Spicer for a little less than two years, he is the type of person that walks to the beat of his own drum. Here are some of the scenarios we went over for how to not care.

  • Roommates being bi*ches
  • Your friends being haters
  • The job search not going well
  • People talking ish being your back

We have too much going on in our lives to care about the little things and to keep those things from living our lives. The time to live is now, and we aren’t going to let what others think or say about us keep us from living our life to the fullest.

Come laugh with us while we navigate not caring. During this episode you will truly see just how much Saige and I benefited from this episode ourselves.
