When thinking of bad roommates, you probably think of someone who is obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate. They probably choose not to wash their dishes or throw away the trash.

How about those roommates who continue to steal your food and never take their clothes out of the washer and dryer? We all hate those types of roommates.

Well, combine those qualities and make it 100 times worse. That was the case for room number 1221 at a beat-up apartment in College Station, Texas.

In this episode, I talk to kinesiology student Vanessa Garcia about her bad roommate experience during the fall of 2022.

She gives us the run-down on her semester-long battle with a randomly assigned roommate. Vanessa also shared her life after the nightmare and a post-roommate experience reflection.

The dog to your left, Cowboy, is one of the few animals who are saved from owner abandonment. Vanessa took Cowboy under her wing and they have been inseparable ever since.
